As Director of Attorney Recruiting & Integration, Emily is responsible for shaping the Firm’s legal talent pipeline and ensuring the seamless integration of new attorneys across all levels. She manages the full scope of associate and non‑partner attorney hiring—including law students, entry‑level associates, and lateral candidates—and leads the development and execution of the Firm’s lateral attorney integration strategy.
