Renata advises UK and international clients on the structuring and financing of complex, real estate-backed transactions.  She acts for a diverse range of stakeholders - including private equity sponsors, institutional lenders, alternative capital providers, asset managers, and debt funds—supporting them across the capital stack, from senior and mezzanine debt to back-leverage and structured finance solutions.

Renata’s experience spans both borrower and lender mandates across a broad range of asset classes - including logistics, retail, student accommodation, and healthcare real estate – providing clients with strategic insight into navigating the evolving real estate finance landscape.
