As chief talent officer, Lisa leads all aspects of talent management for the firm. She works closely with the firm’s leadership team to develop innovative, leading-edge programs designed to optimize recruiting and enhance retention and engagement.
Lisa partners closely with firm leaders and develops strategic talent solutions that attract, develop, and retain the most talented people who are aligned with the firm’s goal of delivering outstanding client service. Working with a dedicated team of professionals, Lisa is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the firm’s core talent functions, including recruiting, professional development, coaching and well-being, talent management, employee relations, and HR operations. Lisa is also a member of Winston’s Opportunity & Inclusion Committee.
Prior to being named the firm’s chief talent officer, Lisa served as director of attorney recruiting & development for more than a decade. She joined Winston’s recruiting team as a manager in 2004 after serving in a similar role for another law firm.
Lisa has been a member of NALP, the Association for Legal Career Professionals, since 1998 and has served on numerous committees and has been a conference speaker. She has also been an active member of the Chicago Association of Legal Personnel Administrators (CALPA) and has served in the past as president, vice-president, and secretary of that organization.
