Morgan is a patent litigator who represents clients in high-stakes disputes involving complex technologies, including semiconductors, telecommunications, video streaming, electronics, and network security. With a background in electrical engineering, she combines technical fluency with compelling advocacy to translate sophisticated concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for judges and juries.

Morgan has litigated patent matters in federal district courts across the country, including key patent venues in Texas and the Northern District of California, as well as before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, she develops strategic, forward-looking litigation approaches that anticipate adversaries’ arguments and align with clients’ business objectives.

Her practice spans a broad range of technologies, including telecommunications, video streaming, semiconductors, electronics, power conversion, network security, location services, avionics, and autonomous vehicles, where she advises leading companies on both offensive and defensive patent litigation strategies.

In addition to her practice, Morgan is committed to public service. She volunteers with the Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program, providing legal services to veterans and their families, and serves on the Membership Committee of the Dallas Women Lawyers Association.
