Winston Continues Growth of Texas IP Litigation Practice with Morgan Mayne

Dallas, TX – May 26, 2026 – Winston & Strawn LLP announced today that Morgan Mayne has joined the firm as a partner in the Litigation Department and the Intellectual Property Practice in Dallas.

Morgan is a patent litigator who specializes in high-stakes intellectual property disputes, using her electrical engineering background to represent a variety of clients in technical industries, including telecommunications, video streaming, semiconductors, consumer electronics, and network security.

Morgan joins the Dallas office shortly after the arrival of fellow Intellectual Property Practice partner Aimee Fagan. Drawing on extensive experience leading all facets of patent litigation and managing complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams, Morgan further strengthens Winston’s Texas bench and enhances the firm’s nationally recognized U.S. IP litigation platform.

Morgan has litigated over thirty cases in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, as well as numerous cases in the Northern District of California, the ITC, and other federal courts across the country, adding to Winston’s multi-jurisdiction patent litigation model.
