Yusuke earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2025. He received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law in 2010 and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Chuo Law School in Tokyo, Japan in 2012. He received a certificate of completion at The Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan.
