Christopher combines his technical background in physics and vast experience in patent prosecution to now focus his practice on patent litigation in a wide variety of technical areas, including electrical, software, automotive, telecommunications, and mechanical arts. He has also litigated other IP areas, including trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights.

Christopher has represented clients in a wide variety of phases of a variety of patent litigation proceedings, including patent infringement suits at several district courts, invalidity proceedings before the PTAB, and Section 337 investigations at the ITC. Christopher also has experience with patent prosecution, licensing, and patent portfolio analysis, as well as representing clients in litigations involving trade secret misappropriation, trademark and copyright infringement, and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act violations.

Prior to joining the firm, Christopher was an associate at an international law firm and a boutique firm specializing in intellectual property.

  • Represented mobile device maker in a suit involving patent infringement and breach of license claims involving speech audio encoding standard essential patents in the Southern District of New York.
  • Represented TV and video game manufacturer accused of infringing several patents in a section 337 investigation at the International Trade Commission.

Christopher received his B.A., magna cum laude, in physics with a minor in economics from Colgate University in 2010. He received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in 2015.
