- Part of the Jenkins v. NCAA and Alston v. NCAA trial and appellate teams representing classes of collegiate players in their landmark antitrust suits that struck down unlawful compensation restraints imposed by the NCAA on Division I Men’s and Women’s basketball and FBS Football programs.
- Represented two stock car racing teams in an antitrust litigation against NASCAR that resulted in a transformative settlement reshaping the economic landscape for racing teams in premier stock car racing.
- Regularly serves as counsel to the National Football League Players Association in litigation and arbitration matters, including grievances involving NFL players such as Ezekiel Elliott, Colin Kaepernick, Eric Reid, Antonio Brown, and Dante Fowler.
- Represents the Major League Baseball Players Association’s licensing company in two right of publicity litigations against various online sports books regarding their misappropriation of MLB players’ identity rights.
- Represented William Morris Endeavor Entertainment in antitrust litigation against the Writers Guild of America.
- Served as General Counsel for a leading baseball agency, where his work included representing baseball players in salary arbitration negotiations and hearings. In 2022, represented clients in four winning salary arbitration cases—the most wins ever by one agency in a single season.
