Winston Team Led by Jeffrey Kessler and Jeanifer Parsigian Featured as Runner-Up in Litigator of the Week Column

A Winston & Strawn team led by partners Jeffrey Kessler and Jeanifer Parsigian was featured in the Litigator of the Week column by The Am Law Litigation Daily on December 20, 2024.

The recognition follows the preliminary injunction secured by the team against NASCAR in the monopolization case they brought on behalf of Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin’s racing team, 23XI Racing, and Front Row Motorsports Inc. U.S. District Judge Kenneth Bell in Charlotte, North Carolina, this week issued an injunction allowing the plaintiffs to compete as chartered teams during the 2025 NASCAR season without releasing their antitrust claim, finding they had made showing of irreparable harm from the potential loss of their charter rights.

The team also includes partners Danielle Williams and Matthew DalSanto, of counsel Stacie Knight, and associates Michael Toomey, Ben Gordon, Neha Vyas, and Zach Alexander.
