Julie leads the Restructuring and Special Situations practice of the firm’s Paris office. She advises French and international clients on crisis management, financial and operational restructuring, both in out-of-court negotiations and in litigation proceedings.
Her experience covers a wide range of industries, assisting companies, investors, and financial institutions in navigating complex restructuring scenarios, distressed M&A, and turnaround strategies. She provides strategic guidance to businesses facing financial difficulties, helping them implement tailored solutions to preserve value and ensure long-term sustainability.
Julie also assists listed and unlisted companies with the acquisition or disposal in distressed situations.
Since 2018, she has been teaching corporate and restructuring law at Sciences Po Paris, where she provides students with practical insights into corporate transactions, governance, and restructuring strategies.
