Emilie is a member of Winston’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy Group and eDiscovery and Information Governance Practice. She focuses on navigating complex eDiscovery, digital forensics, cross-border, artificial intelligence, and data privacy issues in high-stakes litigation and investigations. Emilie brings a well-rounded litigation background and hands-on expertise with an array of legal data intelligence technologies, enabling her to provide thoughtful, client-centered counseling and guidance.

Prior to joining the firm, Emilie practiced at both Am Law 100 and boutique litigation firms, where she focused on complex commercial litigation and class actions in data privacy, cybersecurity, securities, antitrust, and consumer protection, with responsibilities spanning the full litigation lifecycle—from drafting complaints and dispositive briefs to preparing for and taking depositions, leading large-scale document productions, and leveraging legal technology platforms.
