Allison focuses her practice on high-stakes government investigations and complex commercial litigation in state and federal court. She has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of enforcement proceedings and business disputes, and works with clients to find strategic legal solutions.

Allison has extensive litigation experience, advising clients in matters involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, breach of contract claims, consumer protection investigations, consumer class actions, and bid protests. Her investigations practice entails conducting internal investigations to identify potential misconduct; counseling clients on best practices for compliance; managing responses to Civil Investigative Demands and subpoenas issued by the DOJ, CFPB, and state regulatory authorities; and engaging in litigation at all phases. She helps clients navigate complex litigation and regulatory challenges particular to the government contracting, financial services, and health care and life sciences industries. Allison maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting clients with tenants’ rights issues, asylum seekers acquiring permanent residential status, and individuals on death row seeking habeas relief.

Prior to law school, Allison worked with a non-profit repairing homes for low-income and disabled clients, and worked with a non-profit combatting child sexual exploitation in the Philippines.
