Linda is a litigation associate in Winston & Strawn’s Washington, D.C. office. Linda focuses her practice on assisting clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, class actions, product liability, and intellectual property, drawing from her time spent clerking at the state appellate and federal trial court levels when drafting dispositive motions.

Prior to joining the firm, Linda was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Honorable John R. Tunheim at the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. During her time with the district court, Judge Tunheim sat by designation on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which provided Linda with valuable experience in appellate case management. During her time at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law she worked as a certified law student for East Bay Children’s Law Offices, representing children and youth in juvenile dependency court and probate guardianship proceedings. As a 2019 Winston summer associate, Linda was seconded to Toyota Legal One to assist on legal issues impacting business strategy.

Linda is a member of the Black Lawyers Network at Winston.

Education

Linda earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2021, where she was the 1L Publishing Editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal, Co-President of the Student Association, and received the Student Service Award for outstanding service to the law community at graduation. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2015.
