Zachary leverages his experience as a former judicial clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court to serve clients in a vast array of litigation matters, including patent, copyright, trademark, sports, media, and entertainment disputes.

A graduate of New York University School of Law, Zachary Bass started in the firm’s New York office from Winston’s summer associate program. Prior to his legal career, Zachary assisted in the engineering and manufacturing of theme park attractions for Disney and Universal Studios and was recognized on the Daytona Beach News-Journal’s “40 Under 40.”
