Victor Barnett

Victor leads the development of firm policies, procedures, and best practices related to attorney recruiting and integration and oversees partner, lateral associate, and entry-level associate hiring firmwide. He works directly with the firm’s hiring committee chairs in implementing strategic recruiting objectives and oversees Winston’s law school recruiting efforts, pipeline programs, and U.S. Summer Associate Program. Victor is also a member of Winston’s Opportunity & Inclusion Committee.

A legal industry veteran, Victor brings over a decade of legal recruiting experience to his current role. Prior to being named Managing Director of Attorney Recruiting & Integration, Victor held a series of legal recruiting roles at Winston, most recently serving as Director of Attorney Recruiting & Development.
