Winston’s Intellectual Property Practice Merits 2021 Inclusion Blueprint Champion Status

Winston & Strawn is pleased to announce that the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice was named as a 2021 Inclusion Blueprint Champion by Diversity Lab and ChIPs. The Inclusion Blueprint, a collaborative project run by the two organizations, measures actions that law firms can and should employ to ensure that historically underrepresented lawyers have fair and equal access to quality work, influential sponsors and clients, and other similar opportunities.

Winston’s Intellectual Property Practice merited recognition by exceeding the required Inclusion Blueprint Index Score and committing to implementing at least one “Do Something Hard” action in 2022. Index scores are determined by analyzing a practice’s:

1. current diversity representation based on average or above-average thresholds,
2. year-over-year diversity representation progress,
3. diversity representation tracking, and
4. meaningful inclusion practices and activities.
