Winston & Strawn’s representation of Cameron International Corp. in the pending sale of its centrifugal compression business was featured in Texas Lawyer’s “Deal of the Week” on August 19, 2014.
On August 18, Cameron announced a definitive agreement to sell its centrifugal compression division to Ingersoll-Rand for $850 million. Cameron provides flow equipment products, systems, and services for the worldwide oil, gas, and process industries. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2014.
Winston & Strawn Houston-based partner Richard Wynne leads the firm's team for Cameron, with assistance from Chicago-based partner Roger Lucas.
