Winston & Strawn Represents AMR Soubra Management in Connection with Air Liquide’s Acquisition of Eove

Winston & Strawn’s Paris office represented AMR Soubra Management, the second reference shareholder, in connection with Air Liquide's acquisition of start-up Eove.

Specializing in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of respiratory devices intended for the treatment of at home patients suffering from chronic respiratory diseases, Eove was created in 2014, and achieved a turnover of approximately 5 million Euros in 2017. The start-up is present in France, Italy, Germany, South Korea, and Canada, where it provides services to patients suffering from neuromuscular diseases requiring continuous ventilation.

This acquisition enables Air Liquide to expand its range of services in home healthcare, and reinforces its technological know-how in the life support ventilation sector.

The Winston team assisting the transferor shareholder, AMR Soubra Management, included Partners Gilles Bigot and Julie Vern Cesano-Gouffrant, and Associate Aurélie Camard.
