At the event, Winston partner Beth Kramer moderated a conversation with Winston partners Kim Prior and Thania Charmani, and Mitchell Dong, CEO and Founder of Pythagoras Investment Management, on evaluating and mitigating legal risks when investing in digital assets. The panel discussed the current legal and regulatory framework for digital assets, including SEC and litigation updates, and how managers investing in the digital asset sector can mitigate these risks for funds and investors. Other themes of the conference included regulatory developments and tokenization.
