Winston Sponsors and Partner Speaks at 2024 Infralogic Investors Forum

Winston sponsored the 2024 Infralogic Investors Forum New York, a conference bringing together the global infrastructure and energy transition investment community. Houston partner Patrick Selinger moderated a panel discussion at the forum titled “What are the Challenges and Solutions for Investing in Transportation Infrastructure M&A?” alongside speakers from MUFG, Brookfield Infrastructure, CAG Holdings, and JLC Infrastructure.

The panelists were cautiously optimistic about deal volume in the transport sector picking up as the year progresses and noted the following:

• Assets that tested the market in 2023 will come back to market to increase supply so long as global macroeconomic remains stable.
• Opportunities in the EV and energy transition and decarbonization generally will drive additional deals.
• Successful projects, such as recent modernization of airports, will drive demand for additional projects.
