Winston Receives M&A Deal of the Year from The M&A Advisor

Winston & Strawn received “M&A Deal of the Year (Between $10mm and $25mm)” from The M&A Advisor for the acquisition and majority recapitalization of Invo HealthCare Associates, Inc. by Post Capital Partners. Winston & Strawn attorneys Brad Vaiana and Jennifer Kurtis served as counsel to Post Capital Partners. The deal was also recognized as a finalist in the category of “Healthcare/Life Sciences (Between $10mm to $50mm).”
