Winston Partners With Sport Resolutions to Discuss NCAA Antitrust Case and Transgender Athletes’ Rights

Winston & Strawn is delighted to be partnering with Sport Resolutions for an online seminar. The first session will focus on a review of the NCAA Scholarship antitrust lawsuit by Jeffrey Kessler, Co-Executive Chair of Winston & Strawn LLP and the lead counsel representing college athletes in the recent unanimous Supreme Court victory. Jeffrey will outline the issues and findings of the case and will assess its relevance in other sports, countries, and jurisdictions.

In the second session, a panel of speakers will discuss transgender athletes’ rights from different perspectives including human rights, legal, scientific, and sociological.

Each discussion will have a Q&A session and will be chaired by respected sports presenter, Jason Mohammad. The webinar will start at 2 p.m. UK time to accommodate different time zones.
