Winston Partners Selected to Serve on Law360 2019 Editorial Advisory Boards

Winston & Strawn Partners David Greenspan and Jennifer Kurtis have been selected to serve on Law360’s 2019 editorial advisory boards. With respect to their individual practice areas, advisory board members provide Law360 feedback on the publication’s coverage, as well as professional insight on how best to shape future reporting.

Selected to serve on the sports advisory board, David is an accomplished antitrust, sports, and commercial litigator and chair of Winston’s college sports sub-practice. He has litigated cases involving antitrust law, labor law, licensing, agent regulation, active and retired player rights and collegiate athlete rights. He regularly represents the NFL Players Association and NFL players. This is the second year in a row that David has been selected to serve on the board.

Jennifer was selected to serve on the private equity editorial advisory board. Jennifer’s practice focuses on representing private equity funds, family offices, fundless sponsors, and public and private companies in acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and public and private securities offerings.
