Winston Named 2016 Litigation Department of the Year: IP by Texas Lawyer

Winston & Strawn was named the 2016 Litigation Department of the Year in the intellectual property category by Texas Lawyer. In determining the winners, the publication took into account big victories and important cases that occurred in 2015.
Highlights from the department’s big year include two key rulings in oil field patent cases as well as one of the National Law Journal’s Top 100 Verdicts of 2015 in a case involving a multicontinent trade-secret conspiracy that resulted in a $24.5 million jury verdict.
