Winston Maritime Attorneys Speak at 2018 NDTA-USTRANSCOM Fall Meeting

On October 24, Maritime Partner Bryant Gardner will present “Maritime Environmental Law and Impact on Global Transport” at the National Defense Transportation Association’s Fall Meeting in Oxon Hill, MD. The fall meeting brings together public and private partnerships in defense transportation for discussions on new policies, technologies, and best practices. The theme of this year’s meeting is “Delivering Readiness and Resiliency in an Unpredictable World.”

Bryant’s experience includes government contract negotiations and disputes, transportation and logistics contracts drafting and dispute resolution, regulatory counseling, fleet refinancing, newbuild financing and delivery, Shipping Act litigation, import/export regulations, and matters involving the carriage of goods including regulated hazardous materials.
