Winston Continues Investment in West Coast M&As With Addition of Corporate Chair

Winston & Strawn is building up its presence in the Northern California transactions space with the addition of a new partner, who will serve as chair of the firm's Northern California Corporate Practice in Silicon Valley. His move to Winston was recently featured in The Recorder.
Khoa’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions transactions in tech-related industries, including software, semiconductors, cybersecurity, telecommunications, sports and entertainment, information technology and life sciences.
In an interview with The Recorder, he said that he was drawn to Winston & Strawn as a result of its investment in the M&A and private equity spaces.
“Winston & Strawn has doubled-down on its West Coast focus, placing a priority on expanding the Firm’s M&A and private equity practices in Northern California,” he said. “I am excited to have this opportunity to play an important role in this initiative.”
