A Winston & Strawn team led by Partners Chuck Klein and Jovial Wong was featured in the Litigator of the Week column by The Am Law Litigation Daily on January 6, 2023.
The recognition stems from the Federal Circuit upholding their May 2022 bench trial win in Delaware for Pfizer subsidiary Hospira, which found the company’s planned generic pharmaceutical agent for use in certain cardiac stress tests doesn’t infringe three patents covering Astellas’ Lexiscan. The Winston team also included Partner Claire Fundakowski and Associate Alison King.
