Winston & Strawn Shortlisted at the 2023 IFLR Americas Awards

Winston & Strawn is shortlisted for the Xepelin Warehouse Securitization in the “Securitization and Structured Finance Deal of the Year” category at the 2023 IFLR Americas Awards.

Winston & Strawn represented client Operadora Falcon dba Xepelin, as borrower, in connection with its largest-ever credit line from Goldman Sachs. This line of credit will allow Xepelin to continue to finance the expansion of its business receivables and factoring business in Mexico. Xepelin is a well-established B2B FinTech in Chile, offering a financial software platform for small- and medium-sized businesses.
