Scott Cohen Speaks at Security and Digital Investigations Conference

Director of E-Discovery Support Services Scott Cohen was a panelist at the Enfuse 2016 Conference on May 24 in Las Vegas.

Scott spoke on the “Judicial Perspectives on Current E-Discovery Issues” panel. This session focused on current eDiscovery issues from both a federal and state perspective, including recent trends and cases, changes to the FRCP, information governance, and privacy and data breach issues.

Scott is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s litigation support technology, electronic discovery operations, and document review center management. With a focus on electronic discovery, records management, and litigation readiness, he advises firm lawyers and clients on a wide variety of technical issues relating to discovery in complex litigation.
