Scott Cohen Participates in eDiscovery Webinar

Winston & Strawn director of eDiscovery support services Scott Cohen participated in a webinar titled “eDiscovery: Are You Seeing the Whole Picture?” on February 6, 2015.

The webinar examined how to ensure data has been processed completely and defensibly. The panel of experienced discovery practitioners discussed:

• Common data issues to avoid
• The complications and consequences of incomplete data
• Cases where parties sought relief due to incomplete or otherwise problematic data
• Key indications that data has been processed completely

Mr. Cohen is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s litigation support technology, electronic discovery operations, and document review center management. With a focus on electronic discovery, records management, and litigation readiness, he advises firm lawyers and clients on a wide variety of technical issues relating to discovery in complex litigation.
