On September 16, 2013, John Rosenthal, partner and chair of Winston & Strawn’s eDiscovery and information management practice, spoke at the 9th Annual Meeting of the American College of Business Court Judges, presented by the Law & Economics Center at the George Mason University School of Law.

Mr. Rosenthal presented “Federal Rules Committee and E-Discovery.” He was joined by panelists William H.J. Hubbard, assistant professor of law at University of Chicago Law School, and William P. Butterfield of Hausfeld LLP. Richard O. Faulk, senior director at Energy & the Environment, Law & Economics Center, served as the moderator.
