John Rosenthal Discusses Hot Topics in Electronic Discovery 2018

Winston & Strawn eDiscovery & Information Governance Practice Chair John Rosenthal spoke on the PLI webinar titled “Hot Topics in Electronic Discovery 2018: What Corporate and Outside Counsel Need to Know.”

The demands and costs of eDiscovery in litigation continue to grow. Nearly every case now involves some sort of eDiscovery, and it is essential to know how to effectively and fairly handle the many issues that can arise. John, along with fellow panelists, provided an inside look at the current state of eDiscovery, gave tips for avoiding pitfalls litigants have encountered in the years since the passage of the federal rules, and discussed important ethical issues in light of court decisions imposing discovery sanctions and outlining the duties of outside and in-house counsel.

John represents clients in an array of complex antitrust and litigation matters. His practice also involves counseling clients on a variety of trade regulation, trademark, and commercial issues.
