Christine Graff Speaks at PLI Commercial Real Estate Financing 2015

Winston & Strawn partner Christine Graff spoke at the Practising Law Institute’s Commercial Real Estate Financing 2015 seminar on April 10 in Chicago.

The seminar revisited the building blocks of commercial real estate financing, focusing on what counsel needs to do to close a deal. Ms. Graff presented “Borrower Negotiations," in which she reviewed what matters most to borrowers, best negotiating strategies, and different types of lenders. 

Based in the firm's Chicago office, Ms. Graff is a partner concentrating her practice in commercial real estate matters. She has assisted clients throughout the country in a wide range of matters, including commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, tenant-in-common transactions, real estate development, land use and joint venture transactions, project finance, commercial leasing, secured lending, and energy transactions, including solar and wind development projects.
