TreeHouse Foods, Inc.'s Offering of US$500M Senior Notes due 2028

Winston & Strawn LLP represented TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS) in the pricing of its US$500M in aggregate principal amount of 4.000% senior unsecured notes due 2028 (the "Notes") in an underwritten public offering at an issue price of 100.000%. The offering has been upsized from the previously announced amount of US$400M. The offering of the Notes is expected to close on September 9, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
