Chicago High School Students Sharpen Their Negotiation Skills with Help from Winston Attorneys

Winston attorneys help prepare the next generation of lawyers by leading weekly, negotiation skills workshops and mock negotiation sessions for high school students on Chicago’s West Side.

Winston is a long-time partner with Legal Prep Charter Academy, a free, open-enrollment high school in Chicago’s Garfield Park neighborhood that has a unique law-themed curriculum.

Prior to COVID-19, Winston attorneys hosted the Legal Prep Charter Academy students in our offices for monthly mock negotiation sessions.

Undaunted by COVID-19 restrictions, Winston attorneys have taught negotiation skills to the students via weekly Zoom meetings in 2020 and 2021. The Winston team looks forward to resuming in-office coaching in the fall.
