For the fourth day of the jury trial in VLSI Technologies v. Intel II, Intel presented its non-infringement and invalidity positions through its two experts, Professor Apsel and Professor Leeb. Professor Leeb will be cross-examined on Monday. 

For Day 2 of the jury trial in VLSI Technologies v. Intel, the plaintiff continued with their case-in-chief.

Today Judge Albright again modified his Order Governing Proceedings. Judge Albright maintained his order regarding transfer motions (motions must be filed within 2 weeks of the CMC) and extended the deadline for amending the complaint by 4 weeks to 16 weeks after the Markman hearing.
