Winston Helps Welcome a Wounded Warrior Into a New Smart Home on Veterans Day

Winston’s pro bono and CSR teams banded together to help a retired U.S. Army Captain who lost a portion of both of his legs while serving in Afghanistan move into a new custom-built, smart-technology home, courtesy of The Gary Sinise Foundation.

Los Angeles real estate partner Bruce Fraser provided pro bono legal assistance to help the Captain finalize the transfer documents and take possession of his new home from the Gary Sinise Foundation. And Winston veterans Ken Berry, Leonard Glower, and Linda Greene recorded a welcome home video that will be displayed on the TV screen when he enters his new home for the first time.
