Winston Extends Offers to All of Its 2018 Summer Associates

We are pleased to report that at the conclusion of the program, the firm extended offers to all 2L summer associates to join the firm after graduation. In addition, the law students who joined our 2018 Summer Program as 1L Leadership Council for Legal Diversity Scholars have received offers to spend their 2L summer with Winston next year.The continued success of our summer program is made possible through the dedication of our Hiring Committee, the Summer Committees in our various offices, the lawyers who acted as mentors and trainers, our Attorney Recruiting & Development Department, and the staff who assisted our summer associates.

Previous participants in our summer program once again gave Winston high marks in the 2019 Vault Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms, commenting that “Winston gives real work to our summers,” “camaraderie among summer associates is very high,” and “the collegiality and great culture experienced during the summer never really goes away.”
