London Office Hosts Speaker on Women’s Career Progression

The women partners, associates, and trainees in Winston’s London office attended an in-house training session held March 21 on “Navigating Career Progression.” This event, hosted by the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), featured organizational coach Claire Pointing of DML Consulting.

Attendees learned about the progress that has been made in closing the gender gap at professional services firms, the unconscious cultural forces that create barriers to equality, and strategies women can implement to take ownership of their careers and drive their own success.
