London Hosts Well-Received Women’s Leadership Event

On November 20, Winston welcomed nearly 50 international clients and contacts for a Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) program in our London office.

Stand-up comedian, coach, writer, and screenwriter Deborah Frances-White gave a brilliantly observed and informative talk on how to be a charismatic woman using proven techniques and behavioral styles. Deborah’s work includes a book and award-wining podcast, both titled “The Guilty Feminist.”

Attendees at this busy and well-received event ranged from corporate general counsels and CEOs to a former MI5 spy as well as women poised to take on leadership and influencer roles in the future.

Winston’s WLI is an affinity group focused on promoting women in business through global and local efforts. In 2016, WLI expanded its reach to the firm’s Europe offices. Daniela Cohen leads the group’s efforts in London.
