Enzminger Gives Trade Secret Talk at Berkeley

Winston Silicon Valley Managing Partner David Enzminger discussed the “Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) of 2016” on February 14 as part of the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology / Berkeley Technology Law Journal Law & Tech Speaker Series.

Mr. Enzminger provided practical tips for helping clients protect their trade secrets and enforce remedies when their confidences have been violated. His presentation included examples of real world trade secret problems that have been litigated across the country.
