Winston’s mentoring program in Chicago kicked off its fall schedule with an afternoon of food, fun, and friendly competition at Topgolf. During the event, Associate Sean Suber led an interactive discussion focused on the mentoring program.
Winston established its formal mentoring program in service of two goals: 1) to create connections between experienced and more junior attorneys to facilitate information sharing; and 2) to ensure that associates and practice attorneys have access to a more senior attorney’s advice and guidance as they chart a path to success at the firm.
The Chicago office will hold a “Mentor of the Year” event at the conclusion of its year-long program to recognize mentors who have gone above and beyond to help enhance a young attorney’s career development, integration, and experience.
