Winston & Strawn sponsored, and Washington, D.C.-based Partner John Rosenthal spoke, at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) National Capital Region’s Litigation Forum: Managing the Risks and Spend of E-Discovery. This program was held in Washington, D.C., on May 9, 2017. John, chair of the firm’s eDiscovery & Information Governance Practice, led the discussion.
The single largest cost of any litigation or investigation is the cost of e-discovery. This program was designed to address strategies to control the cost of discovery. Specific topics included:
