John Rosenthal Presents Webinar on Implications of 2015 Amendments to FRCP
October 8, 2015
eDiscovery & Information Management Practice Chair John Rosenthal presented a Bloomberg BNA webinar titled “Implications of the 2015 Amendments to the FRCP on How You Litigate Matters in Federal Court” on October 8.
The 2015 amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure took effect on December 1, 2015. These amendments not only change the scope of discovery in civil cases, but they also have an impact on preservation efforts, the availability of sanctions, and the ways in which parties respond to discovery requests.
Attendees came away with an understanding of the major changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure contained in the 2015 amendments, how those changes were developed, and what those changes will mean for civil litigation going forward.
