    • the 2009 acquisition of NATCO Group, Inc., in a $982 million merger transaction;
    • the 2011 acquisition of LeTourneau Technologies Drilling Systems and Offshore Products for $375 million; 
    • the 2012 acquisition of TTS Energy for $270 million;
    • the 2014 disposition of its reciprocating compression business to General Electric for $550 million; and
    • the 2014 disposition of its centrifugal compression business to Ingersoll Rand for $850 million.
  • Represented Rock Hill Capital, a Houston-based private equity firm, in multiple portfolio company acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Represented Blackhawk Specialty Tools, LLC in its sale to Bain Capital.
