Ben has experience representing Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries, including the retail, pharmaceuticals, transportation, construction, oil & gas, technology, and media & entertainment sectors. He has defended clients in state and federal cases involving trade secret disputes, business torts, unfair competition claims, TCPA controversies, consumer-protection claims, and in labor and employment matters, including, for example, large wage-and-hour and Title VII class-action disputes.
Ben has broad experience in large-scale and high-stakes class action matters generally and in complex multidistrict litigation.
Ben is committed to community involvement and serves as a cooperating attorney for Lambda Legal Defense & Education Fund, a non-profit organization.
While in law school, Ben served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Air Law & Commerce and was a judicial extern to the Honorable A. Joe Fish in the Northern District of Texas. Before becoming a lawyer, Ben was a senior labor relations principal for a major airline.
