Mark’s practice focuses on antitrust, class actions, contract disputes, and sports law. He has particularly significant experience defending large clients in antitrust class actions, and litigating high-stakes disputes involving contractual claims and counterclaims among multiple companies.

  • In re Lithium Ion Batteries Antitrust Litigation — Represents international manufacturers of rechargeable batteries in multidistrict antitrust litigation involving numerous class and individual actions.
  • Sports Antitrust and Contractual Disputes — Represents multiple professional sports entities in antitrust and contractual disputes.
  • Complex Contractual Disputes — Represents public agency in complex contractual dispute relating to the abatement and deconstruction of a building damaged in the World Trade Center attacks of September 11, 2001. 
  • Pharmaceuticals Contract Disputes — Represented pharmaceutical product distributor in dispute with international supplier relating to distributorship agreement.
  • Insurance Class Actions — Represented insurance companies in class actions involving contractual disputes regarding life insurance policies.
