Adriano represents domestic and international clients in commercial litigation and international arbitration proceedings. His experience also encompasses alternative dispute resolution. Adriano's practice is focused on contractual and commercial disputes, post M&A disputes, white collar crimes, enforcement proceedings, and conservatory measures.

Prior to joining Winston, Adriano worked as a trainee in major American and French law firms, both in France and in Italy. He also worked in a French law firm admitted to practice before the French Supreme Courts, the Council of State (Conseil d’État) and the Court of Cassation (Cour de cassation).

He is a dual citizen of France and Italy, and he is fluent in English.

Education

Adriano received two Master’s Degrees (Master 2) from the University of Panthéon-Assas Paris II: a Master’s Degree in Litigation, Arbitration and ADR in 2016 and a Master’s Degree in General Private Law in 2015.

He is also a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne where he received a Master’s Degree (Master 1) in Private Law in 2014.
