Dylan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, business torts, and other high-stakes business disputes. His practice also includes a wide range of appellate matters in both state and federal court, with a focus on the Fifth Circuit and Texas Courts of Appeal.
Key Matters
- Part of the appellate team in the successful defense of a trial court judgment in favor of major OFS supplier in a major contractual dispute regarding the operation of deep-water safety values in the Gulf of Mexico and the application of certain American Petroleum Institute standards.
- Assisted in drafting Amicus brief on behalf of 18 former federal judges in death penalty case in support of an order to transport a state prisoner for medical testing pursuant to the All Writs Act.
