Dylan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, business torts, and other high-stakes business disputes. His practice also includes a wide range of appellate matters in both state and federal court, with a focus on the Fifth Circuit and Texas Courts of Appeal.

Dylan has experience handling a variety of trial and appellate matters, taking a lead role in researching and drafting motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, as well as briefing in the Texas Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. In addition, Dylan has gained substantial experience in the law of qualified immunity, participating in several lawsuits against governmental entities and public officials.

Prior to joining the firm, Dylan clerked for Chief Judge Priscilla Richman of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. After his clerkship, Dylan worked as a law fellow in the Special Litigation Unit at the Texas Attorney General’s Office, assisting with investigation and strategy related to the landmark Google antitrust lawsuit.
