Co-Chair of Winston & Strawn's CLOs/Fund Finance Practice, Russ advises clients in the areas of fund finance, structured finance, and securities.

Russ focuses his practice in fund finance, structured finance, and securities. His experience includes the representation of asset managers, issuers and finance companies in structuring, formation, and ongoing compliance issues regarding CLOs, warehouse/leverage facilities, and other structured products. He also represents underwriters and issuers in public and private securities offerings.

Russ received a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Colby College in 2002 and a J.D., with high distinction, in 2006 from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as managing editor of the Iowa Law Review.
